I have nothing but praise for Patterson Dental Mokena and New Lenox Offices!!! 💯 I was referred to Dr. Beri from my home dental office to complete a single dental implant process. To my regret, he discovered that the implant, not placed by him, had failed and had to br replaced!!! 😭 This occurred 4-5 months after the original implant placement, along with bone grafting, to replace a broken tooth which required total extraction! He caringly and thoroughly explained that i would need to have the failed implant extracted, new bone grafting and rerurn in 4 months for the new implant installation!!! 😪 Although devastated by this news, he and his staff's excellent customer service & knowledge gave me the courage to give it another try. 👍🏾 I got my new implant installed in August 2025. His technique is impeccable! 👏🏾When I saw him him a few days later for my post procedure eval, I commended him on his technique and how I had no pain or discomfort after just 1 1/2 days! 😊 Because of my experience with the 1st transplant faulure, anything that seems out of order makes me anxious. I have returned to his offices on two separate instances since August with emergency same day appointments for assessments. Each time, Dr. Beri and staff evaluated the area, assured me that everything was fine, and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing anyone, etc. On top of it all, I haven't paid any additional money since under Patteron Dental's care!!! 😉 I feel confident that when I return in December that everything would be healed completley,⁴ with the implant intact and ready to have to cap attached! 😉😊😉 If you're in the market for professionally installed dental implants by a caring an expert team, you owe it to yourself to check out Patterson Dental in Mokena or New Lenox! 👌🏽 I'm extremely grateful and will post again when the process is successfully completed. They were unprofessional and uncaring to my friend when they saw a potential cancerous tumor in her mouth. Pushed it off on someone else, no sympathy or empathy with the situation - made her wait over and over again for answers. It’s just as good as it’s always been. I would say even better with new management. I was a patient of Garnet Patterson for years. When he retired he sold everything, including his good name. I’m here to tell you my experience at the new Patterson Dental was a disaster. They sent my partial for repair twice then wanted me to spend $2500 to redo the partial. PATTERSON NEEDS TO KNOW THE TURDS HE SOLD TO ARE RUINING HIS GOOD NAME!
